Q: What are the best ways to contact you 
A: For all custom oriders you can be fill out our “Custom Order Form” located in the search bar! For any other inquiries you can always reach us via email at

Q: What are your hours? When are they updates?
A: We are Closed on Sunday & Monday’s! However, we are open from 5pm-9pm Tuesday-Thursday and 9am-8pm on Friday & Saturday! All emails, phone calls and cake inquires will be answered during business hours.

Q: Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan products?
A: Sorry, but at the moment we do not offer Vegan or Gluten free products.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are only for damaged items. (such as via USPS) If items are damaged in your possession after leaving the shop no refund will be allowed!
Q: What are your forms of payment?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Cash.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: All custom cake/cupcake orders need to be placed AT LEAST 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) prior to the event day and will require a 50% non-refundable deposit! Any last minute orders will require a $50 Rush Order Fee on top of the order total! Our next day order fee is DOUBLE the order total.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we do deliver! We charge a $10 delivery fee for all orders 20 miles or under. Any delivery 20 miles or over will be charged an additional .$75 per mile.
Q: Can I pay for my cake in full when I pick it up?

A: No! All cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit that must be paid at least 24-48 hours after receiving the invoice. The remaining balance has to be paid a WEEK prior to delivery/pickup date.

Q: Do you offer test tasting?
A: Yes, we do offer taste testing; It is a 30 to 45 minute consultation. Our taste test are $40 which goes towards the dessert/cake price if you do decide to book.
