Order Processing

All orders are baked a day prior to its due date. Most baking is taken place at night depending on the order scheduling.
We require a 2 week (14 day) advance on ALL custom orders. Any order placed less than 14 days from the event due date will be charged a $50 Rush Fee onto of the orders total. Our next day order fee is double the order total.
All orders comes with a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that has to be paid 48 hours after the invoice is sent! The deposit does go toward the order balance, the remaining balance is due A WEEK BEFORE scheduled pickup/Delivery
